- 1 ½ cups Almond meal
- ¼ cup Nuttvia
- ¼ cup roasted hazelnuts, crushed
- Heat the Nuttvia in the microwave for 20 seconds until soft.
- Mix with the almond meal until combined. Roll into tablespoon sized balls and then roll in the crushed hazelnuts. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
