Serves: 36 pieces
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- ¼ cup sugar-free Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Nuttvia
- 2 tbs Coconut cream
- Process the coconut until fine.
- Melt the peanut butter and Nuttvia in the microwave for 30 seconds, or until soft.
- Stir through the coconut cream and desiccated coconut until combined.
- Spread into a greased and lined 25x25cm slice tray, sprinkle with coconut and freeze for at least 30 minutes. Cut into squares and enjoy!
