INGREDIENTS:

½ cup Nuttvia

1 cup Coconut Cream

METHOD:

If your Nuttvia is quite firm, heat in the microwave for 30 seconds to soften.

Place the Nuttvia and coconut cream into a bowl and beat until combined and smooth.

Pour into small bowls, glasses or ramekins. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.

Sprinkle with desiccated coconut to serve.
