Ingredients:
- 150g Medjool Dates
- 120g Skinless Hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp Cacao plus extra for rolling the bliss balls in (optional)
- 80g Nuttvia
- 2 tsp Water
Method:
- Place all of the ingredients except the water into a food processor and blitz to the consistency of wet breadcrumbs.
- Add the water and blitz again, the mixture should come together.
- Remove the mixture from the food processor and divide by 20. roll in to balls and place on a baking tray.
- Optional, roll the bliss balls into the extra cacao and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
