4 Ingredient Nuttvia Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

  • 150g Medjool Dates
  • 120g Skinless Hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp Cacao plus extra for rolling the bliss balls in (optional)
  • 80g Nuttvia
  • 2 tsp Water

Method:

  1. Place all of the ingredients except the water into a food processor and blitz to the consistency of wet breadcrumbs.
  2. Add the water and blitz again, the mixture should come together.
  3. Remove the mixture from the food processor and divide by 20. roll in to balls and place on a baking tray.
  4. Optional, roll the bliss balls into the extra cacao and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
  5. Enjoy!
