Ingredients
- 1 cup Nuttvia
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1tbsp Natvia natural sweetener
- 1 tsp molasses
- 1 egg
- 80g chopped, roasted hazelnut
- salt for sprinkling
Method
- Preheat oven to180ºC. Line a baking tray.
- In a bowl, whisk together Nuttvia, flour, sweetener, molasses and the egg until a dough forms.
- Stir through chopped hazelnuts
. Divide mixture into balls, and press down on tobaking tray.Cook for 10-12 minutes.Removeand allow to cool slightly before eating.
