  • 1 cup Nuttvia
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1tbsp Natvia natural sweetener
  • 1 tsp molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 80g chopped, roasted hazelnut 
  • salt for sprinkling


  • Preheat oven to180ºC. Line a baking tray.
  • In a bowl, whisk together Nuttvia, flour, sweetener, molasses and the egg until a dough forms.
  • Stir through chopped hazelnuts.
  • Divide mixture into balls, and press down on to baking tray.Cook for 10-12 minutes. Removeand allow to cool slightly before eating.
