Nuttvia Stuffed Pound Cake


  • 1 1/3 cups sifted cake flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cups softened unsalted butter (152g)
  • 1 cup of Natvia (stevia sweetener)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Nuttvia (100g)

 1 hour.


  1. Preheat oven to 175C and grease and line the bottom of a standard loaf pan.


  2. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder together.


  3. Cream the butter and sugar together for 5 mins or until light and fluffy.


  4. Add the vanilla extract and eggs one at a time until combined.


  5. Alternate adding 1/3 cup of the flour mixture into the butter mixture and 1/3 of the milk and repeating until all combined.


  6. Pour half the batter into the loaf pan and top the Nuttvia in the centre. (You can also swirl it in)


  7. Pour the rest of the batter on top and bake for 55 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.


  8. Leave to cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan to cool completely on a wire rack.
