Peanut Butter and Chocolate Fudge

Serves: 36 pieces

 

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • ¼ cup sugar-free Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Nuttvia
  • 2 tbs Coconut cream

Method

  1. Process the coconut until fine.
  2. Melt the peanut butter and Nuttvia in the microwave for 30 seconds, or until soft.
  3. Stir through the coconut cream and desiccated coconut until combined.
  4. Spread into a greased and lined 25x25cm slice tray, sprinkle with coconut and freeze for at least 30 minutes. Cut into squares and enjoy!
