Vegan Pancakes with Nuttvia

  • 2 Banana
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • Coconut oil, for greasing the pan
  • 4 tablespoons Nuttvia



  1. Mash one of the bananas until smooth.
  2. Sift over the flour
  3. Pour in the milk
  4. Whisk ingredients together until smooth
  5. Grease the saucepan with some coconut oil and heat to medium. Pour a large spoonful onto the pan and fry for a few minutes until you see tiny bubbles dotting the surface, then flip, cooking for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter
  6. Spread the pancakes with Nuttvia and add banana slices, roll up and enjoy
