Ingredients
- 2 Banana
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- Coconut oil, for greasing the pan
- 4 tablespoons Nuttvia
Method
- Mash one of the bananas until smooth.
- Sift over the flour
- Pour in the milk
- Whisk ingredients together until smooth
- Grease the saucepan with some coconut oil and heat to medium. Pour a large spoonful onto the pan and fry for a few minutes until you see tiny bubbles dotting the surface, then flip, cooking for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter
- Spread the pancakes with Nuttvia and add banana slices, roll up and enjoy
